That also depends. If your application has all of the qualifications needed for a specific job, you may get referred (I think referrals are computer generated), so your application would be chosen to send to a district looking to hire someone with your qualifications. It varies, like anything else with DoDEA. Getting on a referral list is much easier/more likely than getting an interview or offer. Some people make referral lists but never get an interview.
