Haha I tried to ask to this before but I think it got lost in a thread :). I was wondering if you think that with this email coming out (which I never got) that said if you are updated by Feb.2 that you will be eligible for current vacancies that they might start the hiring process earlier this year.

sunny The email I received says to select 2018-2019. You will then go through all the applic sections , and once you click submit on each sections the green check marks should be on again. You may update it with new info if that is the case.

Cece My application has most of the checks removed. I am still available for this year and want to be considered for next year as well. It still shows the 2017-2018 option. Should I just change mine to 2018-2019 and keep my day of availability as Jan 2018? Does anyone know when they will finalize the transfer round? Thanks for the advice!

haha If you have to choose, then definitely make sure you are active and eligible for the upcoming year. And, as you say, just keep your availability for now.

They are pretty much at the tipping point anyway where they may or may not fill an opening from stateside for this year if it happens now.

Still no word on the transfer notices g...See More

LiteracyRocks I didn't get this email, but my application was not complete until tonight. I have been gathering up information and contact information for references. Since I did not have it in by Feb 2, am I out of consideration for the 18-19 school year?

someday You will still be considered for vacancies in 18/19. The email said if you are updated by feb. 2 you would be considered for current vacancies (these are probably ones created by transfer round) and if after feb.2 future vacancies for 18/19.
