I think this has been asked before, but I can't remember the answer. When you list your employers and HR sends out the form for them to fill out: Do they resend that form each year, or do the former forms stay on file? We have moved around quite a bit and I have worked at 5 different schools in the last 8 years. I don't want those schools to have to keep filling out the forms for me each year I update my DOD profile.
Frank The forms stay on file and don't have to be re-done. I had the same question and emailed the EAS administrator. The answer I got directly from them is, "If your current supervisor provided one last year then a new reference is not required"

BubbleHead When I resubmitted my application this year my current principal informed me that he received an email to fill out a reference so he filled it out again.

haha Unless you delete the reference when you resubmit then they :"shouldn't" get a new email/reference unless it's a glitch of some kind (or unless they changed the system).

HelpOthers You do need to make sure your current supervisor and most recent supervisors are included, so if you are moving around a lot and still working, as you add the newer people, you will need to delete the references of the more distant supervisors, because you can only list four.
