In my experience, you get more information from this board than anywhere else, lol. I haven't ever been able to speak to anyone prior to submitting my application that was helpful.

I have spoken to several different people at the number you called. I have found the best time to call is early in the morning, of course this all depends on where you live, but usually shortly after 8:00 A.M. their time in Virginia. Good luck...
