Thank you to all who contribute. It has been extremely helpful. However, I have run into a problem. Where exactly do I upload supporting documents for new target jobs? I have tried to attach my class descriptions PDF via the attachments section on EAs with no luck. I press upload attachment and it does not show up. My transcripts and license were uploaded no problem.

Mary, why can't the file be too large? My file is huge! It's a 20 page PDF that includes all transcripts plus a few course descriptions attached that I know will be needed. I love how organized I made it, but do you think the size will be a problem?

Your file in megabits is 16.5 MB and yes, that's way to large to upload there. I had the same problem several years ago in that part of my EAS application and somewhere on their site there is a mention of a size limit. I can't remember exactly what the size limit is, but I think that it's around 1/4 the size of your file. Just reduce your file size...See More

Upload all your transcripts as one file if they will fit, but if after reducing, they are still too large, use multiple files. Label all of the transcript and course descriptions as transcripts in the drop down.

I uploaded a 17 Mb course catalog. I had lots of problems though trying to upload documents. I would upload something but when I went to check them is was a different document. I actually logged myself out and back in and tried it again and it worked. PFM.
