In addition to isitfriday's response sometimes the email looks like spam. I had 3 people who said they didn't receive it one being my principal. I had the school secretary search his inbox for EAS and did the same with the other people and they were there. Did you have a good relationship with this principal and can trust them when they say they never received the eval request? In that case I would repeat the process and have another eval request sent out.
