I was just wondering if the evaluators ever offer any input (good or bad) into our ratings. Do they rate us, provide notes about us, or do they simply evaluate our categories and determine when our application is complete? Once our applications are complete, do evaluators help put together a referral list. After interviews is it our evaluators who review the candidates and offer the job, or is that a different department? TIA

Good question. The whole rating concept is very much a mystery as to specifics and logistics. My understanding/belief is that if the evaluator has input it is really based on the information in your EAS (e.g. certs, years of experience, level of education, answers to additional training/experience questions, etc.) and not their opinion of your wort...See More
