PD will not count. You will have to earn the additional credits for DoDEA. They require more than most states for certification. So even if you are certified in your state, you likely are not qualified for DoDEA.

Unfortunately, I agree that PD does not count, only university credits in the required/named classes are accepted by DoDEA. State certification also does not count (which makes some sense since states often have vary different requirements for the same certification, allow you add certs through testing alone, etc.). You need to take the required classes if you wish to continue pursuing the application process. You will not be hired unless qualififed.
