I know that Yokota permits it. I would expect they all would, but it is possible that a location had people caught taking their pets off base during the quarantine period and decided not to allow it. You can contact the Vet facility at each location to ask them. They should be able to tell you.

Well since I would be single I can't live on base anyway. I guess I may just have my parents bring her later like at Christmas if I get the job.

It can be difficult to fly with dogs during the summer months anyway and if you are already settled in your home when they visit, it may be a good excuse to have your parents visit your during your first Christmas in your new home. :)

Depending on the timing, you may also be able to stay in temporary housing for up to three months if you are not able to find a home. Your dogs could remain with you if you are staying in the pet friendly TLQ. I think the dogs were an extra $10 per night or something, can't remember exactly.
