I should also add that I put in my application back in 2009, but that was before my Masters and I was missing the ed courses they want. I was naive at that point to think I stood a chance. Maybe I still am.

As haha mentioned if feel very early for interviews and offers. Retirements and promotions for current employees are definitely still possible. At the same time, many people wait years for interviews and to get hired. So as long as your application is updated appropriately every year you can kind of sit back and wait. In EAS, make sure all the places that show what school-year you are applying for reflect the 2018-2019 school-year and that all the boxes have green check marks.
