So, I have a requirement on my qualification page. HR is requiring that I get an evaluation from two past principal's that I'd originally put on my EAS application about three years ago. The problem is, that they are no longer with the district that I teach for and I don't know where they've gone to. Second, I'm also being asked for an evaluation from the DoDEA principal that I'd worked for 19 years ago. He has retired from DoDEA a few years back as well. I have a total four evaluations in my application. Starting with my current principal, an assistant principal (my current evaluator for the past five years), and the other two are from past assistant principals who were my evaluator's. Will these requested evaluations that can't be fulfilled, do you feel that this will affect my chances of being considered for hire? Thank you...
haha Well, tough to say, but if the evaluator put it down as requiring follow up then it may be something that holds you back (but again, tough to say from the outside whether it's something they would like to see or whether your EAS/possible appointment would be held up until they get it).

When in doubt try and reach out to the person who made...See More

someday Is there anyway you can Facebook/ google these principals. I had one from an old school that was an asst. Superintendent in another county and I was able to find his email and office number for the application.

HelpOthers You have to have three evaluations at least. Try Linked-in. I found an internship supervisor working at an international school by finding him on Linked-in. The university didn't even know where he was.
