Thanks Haha! Very helpful. Class sizes are definitely larger in our district, and it is hard to think of putting our soonish-to-be kindergarteners in a class of 30-35 kids. Leonard, You are right. I loved, loved, loved going to high school in Germany. When our sports teams played an away game, we actually went to different countries. When I was in M.U.N--we assembled at the Hague. The opportunities were amazing. The best part as a kid was the cultural experience. I think DoDDS kids grow up with a different perspective...See More

Thanks, T.Rob. We are both plugging away and hoping one of us will get hired in the next couple of years. I know the experience would be fantastic for the kids. They are young, but not babies, so the right time for us. Best of luck to you too!

As for the diversity question, DoDEA schools tend to be more diverse than other schools. Think of military families. :)
