My understanding is
1. " Qualified"
2. Referral list from Headquarters DODEA
3. If you selected on there referral list - Call and Interview from DODEA
School Principal
4. If hired - application froze
If you not hired - still on the referral list from Headquarters VA
and WAIT WAIT WAIT
am I right?
