Definitely keep on it. I had a similar story and luckily was able to talk to the person's supervisor who wrote them to take care of it and cc'ed me on the email. I don't know if that actually did the trick but within a day or two it was taken care of correctly.

Haha That is who I emailed last night (supervisor) and she told them to look at it and that is what I got today (unqualified). I wonder if I should email the super again or try to talk to DP again tomorrow.

DP, the person I love to hate. She has done something similar to me before. She's straight up lied to me twice and completely ignored my emails for 6 months.
