I would ask your main HR rep about fingerprints. He/she should be the one to send you the cards.

If you scan down the page, I described what my fingerprint cards included when I e-mailed a scanned copy of them and before I mailed the physical cards. I did E-QIP, waited for directions on fingerprints, 3 days after I completed e-QIP I got an email threatening to terminate my investigation because my fingerprints were required documentation and they had not received them. I would do what you can to contact your security manager for fingerprint information ASAP.

That happened to me too, Mrs. C. I went in and got them done at the police station because the second email said what form to use but they never even asked for fingerprints in the initial email and then I got a warning.

I got an email with instructions for fingerprint cards and then the cards came over night with a prepaid envelope to overnight back to Virginia. This all happened the same day or so that I got he eqip email. So strange that it varied so much. I agree to contact your security rep ASAP.
