Cool! I used to work at an international school near Frankfurt called International School Neustadt. I have great memories from there!

I think it's mainly designed so that people don't quit their jobs and then not pass the background check AND to prevent people from just trying to cherry pick the "desirable" locations and waste other principals'/HR's time.
