I was hired after my 4th interview, which also was right after I finished my Masters and was able to add 6 areas of qualification in SPED.

Stateside, I was hired after my second interview (two years later in the same district). Overseas, I was interviewed for two different positions in different Europe locations, then twice for the a third position in the Pacific and was offered the position in the Pacific after the second interview (which occurred 6 months after the first one).
