I am thinking of going back to school for post master's Educational Specialist in Educational Leadership, but am wondering if it would be more beneficial to get a second master's in abother certification area, like sped or middle school. Any ideas?
haha If the primary goal is to be more marketable to DoDEA then SPED makes the most sense (but primarily if you are then going to actually teach it).

Admin is probably even harder to get into with DoDEA then teaching. What are you currently certified in/teaching?

Just Me I am certified 1-6. Have taught 11 years. Last 6 teaching 6th grade math and science. Have a master's also in c and I.

Nana B Getting a second master's is not necessary all-important if you're just looking to get your foot in the door. Taking courses in, passing a state test for, and getting a DoDEA licensure specialist to authorize your credit hours for adding certs to your EAS application is viewed as more favorable than adding degrees.
