Medical Issues

so I am new to DoDEA... only completed half a year and just found out I am in need of medical treatment for the next couple of years. Dr stated I need to be followed by two specialists while taking medication. There are no specialists where I am and going to the economy is not recommended by the Dr. due to language barrier and continuity of care. I am in a one year tour location so didn't take RAT. So my question is what are my options to get back to HOR to get my medical care started? Will I be able to get HHG back home and released from transportation agreement? Will I have to repay my move? Where do I even start?

haha Sorry to hear that. From my understanding you are looking for a hardship move of some type.Start with your principal who should have the answers and/or can get the information from District/HR. I would also touch base with your union person who can follow up on their end.
