As posted, you will get a box. Some people still have some mail sent to a US address (we had some go to relatives for a while). Many/most people seem to just have everything sent to their box.

Wait for your your orders. Immediately upon receipt of orders Google and get the contact info for the on-base post office. Contact the PO and tell them you are PCSing Inbound and want a POB. Follow their instructions and they will assign a box. Get your stateside mail forwarded, and change the mailing address on cedit cards etc.
