Thank you so much for your response. I am already in DDESS, but I want to make a change and had those questions. I'm currently on the Ed.S with 8 years scale, so I wondered if that meant I would lose money if I were to get picked up and decided to go. I just want to make a good decision.

haha If you have years of experience outside of DDESS I believe they will credit all of your DDESS experience, + any other experience (up to 10 years) but don't have first hand experience with that.
