I start working in DDESS a year ago. I have a travel agreement and receive today a request for interview for DoDEA. Can I move having a travel agreeement of two years? Any experience on this?

IsItFriday? I think people are confusing different issues.

If you are on a two year RAT then you need to wait at least two years before you get another RAT. But RAT has nothing to do with a PCS.

RJ DDESS does not pay for relocation or RAT, so it's a non issue. I was in DODDS Europe for 4 years, and 1 in DDESS. You have to sign a mobility agreement when joining DDESS, but it doesn't have the same contingencies as being overseas without DODDS.
