Not really, but whatever it is will likely be more this year since they are offering $40K as an incentive to retire at the end of the year (and another $1000 if you let them know NOW).

@WaitingOnDoDEA I'm still in the states, but I move to Germany in June and i'm hoping to find a local hire position. My husband is already there.

Cindy, local hires can often have a better time finding positions as sometimes numbers cause schools to add positions right before and even after the start of the year.
