Yeah, definitely not a decision made in the best interest of the students, or anyone really (other than making the powers that be look good by cutting costs, at a time when they really did not need to).

Icanread - being excessed can be good if you think that lottery tickets can be good. Yes, some teachers will get good slots, but most will be disappointed, or just relieved to still have a job.

As for the 180 day quarantine, depending on your location, this can occur on base.
