Just curious, anyone know exactly when in March stateside hiring may begin? I'll be traveling out of the country for spring break, so want to try and plan on when I should look at email, if need be.

Hiring is continuous and on-going, except for those times when there ia an actual hiring freeze.
Hiring has peaks and lows Most new hires are brought on board for an August start date. But people get hired all year long. Hiring rarely actually stops, rather it just slows down.

Keep the phone number with you that is on your application. You may receive a call about an interview rather than an e-mail. However, keep an eye on those e-mails too.
