For planning/decision making purposes, can anyone share any guidance on plus hours?

I have my master's degree +45 semester hours through a university, however, they are transcripted as non-degree hours. Wondering if those count for +30 on the pay scale?
haha In general, as long as they are documented as graduate credits from an accredited school then they should count. Current teachers often take somewhat random courses that are easy/cheap to get to the next band level.

Teachin The courses are listed on my transcript like "C&I 930 PRDV:Teach Financial Literacy" and "TE 930 PRDV:Electronic Portfolios/Edu." They are listed as 3 credit hours each, but I received an "S" which I think is like a pass/fail grade? There is a big difference in pay between M and M+30 and that could make a big difference!

haha It does make a difference in salary.

As long as they are noted as being graduate and from an accredited university they should be fine. Virtual Field Tripping, Book Review classes, it generally doesn't matter for salary lane purposes.
