When I first applied in November, I only selected a few positions I was interested in based on my current teaching status. Since then, I have added more positions to have a higher chance of obtaining a position in SPED. The qualifications page still says "pending" beside those positions even after resubmitting my application. Should I wait a little longer or should I contact the administrator? Thanks for any insight.
Teachin According to HR, even if they still say pending, you could still be selected for a referral list for that position. Though, if you call or email them and request them to qualify your positions, they probably will do it. They left 1 of mine as pending, I called and they qualified it for me back in February.

haha Agree that you can get a referral even if still pending. BUT, it is better to try and call and get those changed to qualified (or find out what you need to do to make that happen). If you make a list with pending for an area, you don't want a principal to see that and just move on to another candidate who is considered at least initially qualified ...See More

Karin I also added a lot of additional taget jobs and locations. I hope it helps. I am waiting for pending jobs in ESE to be verified since I got it added to my Florida teaching certification.
