That's target location. Target job is basically the subject you want (and are hoping to be qualified in by DoDEA). What subject areas did you apply for?

I've known of 7 teachers at my school alone (DDESS) that were new to teaching that got hired in my 11 years teaching in DODEA. So it can be done.
