Still working at getting into DoDea! I know that the more quals you have, the better! Here's what I have quals in now- 5-12 French, 5-12 English/Language Arts. I'll have a k-12 ESL endorsement after next spring, and a Masters soon to follow.
I'm wondering, would a K-12 Talented and Gifted endorsement be a good addition? How is that staffed at DoDea schools?

My opinion is that you might want to try to add social studies. I have seen several ELA and social studies combos. I actually think I heard there is a French/social studies right now unfilled and will probably go CONUS for hiring.

Oh geez! I JUST bought a house (trying to tempt fate, if I buy a place here, I'll get hired. ha!) , thinking this year wouldn't lead to anything DoDea-wise. We shall see. I haven't heard ANYTHING,
