Some questions popped into my mind over the past few weeks, hopefully you all have some fabulous answers!
1. Is there any preference given, or disqualification for that matter, if you have a spouse who is not a teacher? I know for most int'l schools, they want teaching teams or single teachers, and you're pretty much out if you have a non-teaching spouse. Is it the same for dodea?
2. For current DOD teachers who have seen the changes, and most of the recent changes seem negative (excessing teachers, bigger class sizes as a result), have you ever seen it swing the other way? With different leadership potentially down the road, do you anticipate seeing more hires and smaller class sizes?
3. Someone suggested I add a SS component (I am currently qualified secondary French, Language arts, and working on k-12 esl and TAG) Do you know of any online only schools or other avenues to add the Social studies endorsement ?

Gotcha. Makes sense to me! I'm being trained to teach AP French this summer, too. Is this generally a good addition, too?
