No problem. Hours to months, with a few days to two weeks seeming fairly typical. In theory, you should get an email from HR telling the position has been filled but it could be many months (until the person selected has officially been appointed) and often seems to never come at all.

A new fun obsession is checking EAS after an interview. Usually a day or so before you get an email offer, your account is locked and it states the DoDEA staff is processing your application.

Good point. It doesn't always happen but often the freezing of your EAS after an interview is a very good sign (but not definitive).
