Mary said there are a larger percentage of older teachers in the DODEA. Some who stay until they die. Are we talking teachers in their 70s and 80s? I'm curious because my district has a lot of teachers in their 60s and i wasn't sure if that's what you meant...

Icanread I don't believe there is a mandatory retirement age. There are even a few teachers I've met who have retired from their local districts and gotten jobs with DoDEA.

haha I also don't believe that there is a mandatory retirement age for most federal positions.
