I'm at the beach right now. I changed my voicemail on my phone to say that I'm on vacation with spotty reception, so please leave a message and i will be checking and returning calls daily. I couldn't think of anything else to do. (I also make sure I'm checking email and voicemail at least 4 times per day.)

Will you have reliable Wi-Fi there? If so, have you looked into Wi-Fi calling? I've used it with my iPhone before with no problems.

It could be pretty much any time of the day or day of the week as the admin could be in the states on vacation or in another time zone. Some good advice has been given. You could also rent a mobile hot spot if you think the coverage would be better.
