LoL, I bet. I've called 3 times this week. I've called every month. Someone different answered the phone every time I call. A man who sounds like, he's tired of answering the phone. He'll take a message and I wonder if he's writing anything down? This is ridiculous! They probably won't check my application until Oct/Nov again...smh! Who would be th...See More

She's mine too, I had to ask for her direct number. The guy answering the phone definitely needs a vacation, if I get him I hang up and call 5 min later.

Many years ago it was Patty Lesjak-Davis. No idea if it still is or if she is even still with HR (although they do seem to stay forever).

Patty was the best, sadly she told me last year, that she was no longer in charge or licensure and certification. She is in a different department now.
