Ah! gotcha. I'm also confused about the TQSA part. I'm allotted a certain number of days to stay in a hotel which can be used on either end, correct?

TQSA starts when travel starts. It does not include hotel in current location. However, if you are already with DoDEA, that expense and pet expenses etc could be included in RITA
