Hi. I'm new to this forum as I'm trying to research more into the possibility of making a career move. Is there a difference in salary and benefits between being hired locally and being hired stateside? Thank you.

Islandgirl It will be very difficult to gain benefits once the new contract is implemented. The transfer system is already bare bones. Best to get hired Stateside.
