I don't believe so. I'm sure if you asked on the Dodds teacher Facebook page, you would get lots of info from teachers who have moved their pets with them.

No, they don't need to be in your orders. Just make sure to tell the people who make your travel reservations that you have a pet. Also look up specific guidelines on what you need to do before boarding with your pet.

They are not on your orders, but if you are going overseas, you can coordinate with the travel office so that you are placed on a flight you have also arranged for your pets. It can be complicated, but it is usually possible.
