You generally need to fill out the form (APPLICATION FOR ACADEMIC SALARY LANE (ASL) CHANGE), which your secretary should have/be able to tell you where to find it. Then, you give the secretary your transcripts. They then make a copy, stamp that the copy if official/valid and then submit the application for you.

They are supposed to open official transcripts right there if they are going to stamp them official copies, but generally will do it anyway if it was obviously official (especially if you have the original envelopes).
