Another year waiting on a response

Hello, Each year I update my certification with experience, re-upload my information to EAS and wait, and every year no response. I am living in Japan, and have been waiting almost 6 years. I kept my EAS target locations set to global for years, then decided to use the local settings. The only problem with the local settings is that I am only able to target one are of the country. I am willing to work anywhere in Japan. It is a small country, and because I live in a central city I can move anywhere relatively quickly. However, changing the target locations locally means you will not be considered for openings on other bases, JUST the ones you chose to target, which drastically reduces your chances. Is there a way to be seen and considered by all the schools, and still apply local? Is there a way to be more proactive? Thank You

haha It is a catch-22. As far as I know, there is no way to achieve exactly what you want. The best you could do would probably go worldwide, but then only choose Japan as your target location.
