I have SO many questions I want to ask HR, but don't want to be a bother lol. I wouldn't worry about being a bother. Knowledge is power and you need all the power you can get to increase your chances of getting some movement on your candidacy.
If there is no place/job in the Americas that you would legitimately consider, then it doesn't make much sense to select stateside.

Asking about the scoring would be interesting information to share. I know there is a lot of speculation.
