Are principals looking for teachers with a masters degree versus a bachelor? I'm certified to teach K-6 and I am determined to find a teaching position overseas (Japan or Korea, but Japan is my 1st choice). I have 6 years teaching experience and now I want to try and market myself a little better. Is the masters degree going to increase my chances of getting referred?

haha I wouldn't worry about being a bother. Knowledge is power and you need all the power you can get to increase your chances of getting some movement on your candidacy.

If there is no place/job in the Americas that you would legitimately consider, then it doesn't make much sense to select stateside.

Icanread Asking about the scoring would be interesting information to share. I know there is a lot of speculation.
