It reflects the substitute status (mine says PERMANENT INTERNAL DODDS APPLICANT) but I do not "think" that it gives you hiring preference for referral lists or extra points in the hiring process. It may be helpful to refer to that experience with DoDEA at interview time, should you get the opportunity.

Oh thank you for the feedback. I've another question... does it matter if I use bullet points or paragraphs when writing my job duties?

I wouldn't think it would matter but have no way of knowing for certain.

The format of the bullet points will probably change after you save it and might make it look like a mess. Just double check after you do it. I have all mine in paragraphs because I couldn't get bullets to work.
