Hi,

Are you free to go off base in Cuba? Or are you restricted to staying mostly on base?

In other locations, is housing on base offered (that's what I would prefer)?

haha No, you are completely restricted to base, otherwise it would probably be one of the more desirable locations.

It varies widely by location. On the whole, I would say more locations require teachers to live off base/post than offer the chance to live on (but I don't know/have the exact breakdown).
