She interviewed me for a position in Feb and I have not heard back. When I went to look her up, her picture and contact information has vanished. Does anyone know what happened?

No clue. A lot of stuff happens within DoDEA that we don't know about... I would suggest contacting HR to see if they know if the position you applied for has been filled.

I guess she was Acting Supt. for a short time. She is still with the Pacific East District.

She's still the Community Superintendent. She was never the Superintendent.

She is an area superintendent with Pacific East and was likely filling that need between superintendents. When chosen for a position, HR contact you, not the interviewer. Sometimes, when not chosen, you receive an e-mail and other times, crickets...
