Sometimes principals are looking for a particular person. If that person is not on the list, HR generates another list. This MAY be an explanation, but with DODEA, who knows.

They may have felt that those on the original list did not meet their needs, so they requested another list. Sometimes this new list has new names on it. It's likely you won't be asked to interview again. If you really want the position, you could contact the person who arranged your first interview and as for another opportunity.
