Good morning/afternoon/evening!

I recently got National Board certified (think 10 times before you start, it'll consume you) and our state has financial incentives for getting the NB certificate as well as working at a low-income low-achieving school as an NB certified teacher (which is the case for me). HelpOthers In addition to what haha said about working for DoDEA in a foreign country, If you work for DoDEA in the USA, the starting step would be 5 and the salary scale is also different. Relocation is not paid for moving to a DoDEA school in the USA. Look into the cost of housing in the US location, because housing is also not included. One place we lived ...See More

Liv_hopeful @Couple of Questions, @ IsItFriday?, and @HelpOthers, thanks so much for your input. I don't think this year is my year to move overseas but it's great to know that we have a community here where we can always count on others to help us out with questions. Have a great day and and stay safe, guys! :)
