Someone suggested writing each work experience in paragraph form, does that sound correct? This is so foreign to me.

Review the guidance in USA Jobs for applying to government positions. I found the videos very helpful and even used one of their example resumes to develop my own.

I would also highly recommend taking one of the webinars that USA jobs offers for resume building. They have a lot of really specific things that are helpful to know when applying for jobs on USA jobs. Good luck!

And, if you are already a federal employee (DoDEA or other) and qualify for internal posting, make sure to apply to both the internal and the public posting if the position has two postings. You never know which one the interviewers will decide to request. They may choose one rather than both.
