Let's face it. They could get the EAS up and running in an hour if they really wanted to. There's a reason it's not up. It's just a bloody database with some web forms.

Systems in DoDEA go down all the time... for a few hours, maybe a day, tops. This is an outage that somebody is not in a hurry to fix.

@teachers42 I agree, this seems a little off. From the comments it seems the system has been down since around 27 Apr-that's 2 weeks!
