Anyone familiar with this: referred under one number and not selected under a different referral number but at the same school and same grade level band. I was told there were between 2 and 3 positions open and I was interviewing for any of them. I just don't understand why the referral number was suddenly different. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone before and was it just computer error (generated wrong number but still not selected for the position)? Thank you.

ms896 It's so weird. Today I got a referral for one school, but two positions were listed in the email. Yesterday I got three separate emails for three different positions at one school. No rhyme or reason!

Bloo Thank you haha and isitFriday?, I don't want to get my hopes up on a position. So I'm gonna take it as loss and keep it moving but I was just curious about why it would show like that. @ms896 the system is a strange one, good luck with your referrals.

Bloo I reached out to HR about the confusion. Apparently I was on two different lists, hence the different numbers but I never received a referral for the one I wasn't selected for. Strange and glitchy system indeed..
