Wondering about the timeline for move from DDESS to DODDS. I submitted security clearance form today. Was told most likely won't need equip. Anyone know how long security clearance might take and/or how long the formal offer will take at this point? My understanding is I do my own request for orders in TOPS as a current DoDEA employee. How long does all of that take? Thanks! Trying to time everything I need to get done!

It will vary quite a bit. The background check does seem to be the biggest hold up for many people and if that is not an issue then you could be looking at a month (give or take).
