I know that when you're hired, you are required to complete a physical. Does being overweight, or obese, keep you from passing the physical or getting the job?
haha There is a specific form that your Dr. completes (and some basic tests), but basically unless there is something there that would prevent you from from doing your job or a medical condition that can't be treated at an overseas location, then you are generally fine.

ecd5 I would also add, that employees with disabilities to include (but not limited to) those with visual impairments or those who use a motorized scooter or wheelchair for mobility have been placed in locations that can accommodate them.

educatormama I didn't have to get a physical or have my doctor full out anything before moving to Korea last year...

Did you come from Ddess, or were you a new CONUS hire? If so, your failure to complete a physical was a screw up.
